Per the yearly validation requirement that it provides for bio secure borders, which is in essence, the objective of legislation. However, this – at its most basic –  curtails and prohibits the seamless control measures that have provided for disease-free movement for the past 30 years.

The Weatherbys e-Passport is the world’s first fully integrated electronic passport, and with future changes in legislation, will create untold benefits to the identification, traceability and health & welfare of all Equidae.

This technology will provide the mechanism for the future ease of movement between ‘high health’ countries. 

The required verification and presentation of the HHB status of the ‘assigned animal’ to the individual’s electronic passport, ensures our borders are safe and legislative standards are adhered to.
