Besitzervereinigung fuer Vollblutzucht und Rennen E.V. (German TBA)

The Besitzervereinigung fuer Vollblutzucht und Rennen (Owners’ Association for Thouroughbred Breeding and Racing) is the merger of German Breeders and Owners with studs and racing yards of any size. Despite the membership being optional, about two thirds of the entire population of TB breeding and race horses in Germany are represented.

The Owners’ Association consists of 3 regional associations, the Norddeutsche Besitzervereinigung representing the North of Germany with about 150 members, the Middledeutsche Besitzervereinigung E.V. in East Germany with about 80 members and the Bayrische Besitzervereiniung in the south of Germany.
